If you get your hair highlighted, you know that sometimes you have to get it lowlighted too. That does not mean that you want to be a brunette! I had my hair highlighted and lowlighted here (Approximately $200). As the hairstylist was combing it out, I mentioned that it looked too dark. I went home and tried to adjust to it. I called back the next time they were open and said that I needed it to be lighter. I was met with resistance/attitude and they charged me $70 more to correct it! AND I'm still a brunette! So I'll have to go somewhere else to have it corrected! I would avoid this place. Not the best customer service!
