Talley Home Inspections did a good job with the inspection and provided a detailed report on everything that was found. He arrived on time and was very thorough, pointing at many issues that we would not have known about otherwise.
I did ask a follow-up question regarding the report he provided, but it went ignored. It’s possible that he just doesn’t answer follow-up questions, but a response stating that fact would have been better than no response at all.
Overall, I would recommend Talley Home Inspections. He is professional and his prices are also very reasonable.

Our realtor recommended Matt to us for our home inspection with two different homes. The first one gave us enough concern to walk away and the second one enough confidence to call it home. Matt was very timely, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He is very personable and honest. His reports are professionally done yet has explanations and precise pictures that anyone can understand. I think we might be calling him every few years just for a peace of mind in keeping our new home in top shape. Thanks Matt!

Talley Home Inspection is simply the best. The amount of time spent at the home with a host of pictures and descriptions truly informed me of what I was getting into. Our report was sent in an easy to read file in a very professional presentation the very same day as the inspection. Fantastic service!!!
