When tells you that he will be there, he will be there. He comes and explain to you exactly what is wrong in detail to where you can understand them especially if you don’t have HVAC experience. Quick fix the problem at a very reasonable price.
My AC was not keeping the temperature set, going 5 degrees higher and constantly running. I called to get it checked out after hours, no emergency cost just standard fee. Al was able to figure out the problem within 10 minutes. He explained everything and noted he would make calls in the morning to get the part.
