Great customer service. They were busy but I was able to get in a chair for a pedicure as soon as I walked in. Also, although they had to change my technician, the manager (I think) let me know what was going on and how my wait wouldn't be much longer. My pedicure looked great and I wasn't there all day.

They do what i ask the reason for 3 stars i am a licensed cosmetologist . The massage part of both pedicure and manicure are almost non existant , as someone from a heavy services industry who is on my feet hours at a time very disappointing. If you are jut looking for getting the nails done as in ans out as you can they get that done prices are good
