My entire experience was amazing. Amber went above and beyond to ensure I was not only satisfied with her service but thoroughly educated regarding my hair. She sat with me and answered all my questions and gave me sound, holistic solutions to my hair problems. She was patient and didnt try to sell me anything I didn't need or persuade me to add more services. The spa portion was very relaxing. She was gentle but firm and the warm seat (bed) was an added bonus. She was professional but also very down to earth. She gave my hair exactly what it needed. I am recommending her to all my sisters, cousins and mom who live in the area!
