As someone who has gotten hair cuts all over the world ( Boston, NYC, Miami, Austin, etc.) this has to be one of the best experiences I have had. She doesn't take 4 hours to wash, deep condition, cut, and style. The icing on the cake is how comfy her wash stations are. Well worth the wait list and the drive from downtown Charleston.

Heidi is wonderful, so warm and sweet. She really knows her stuff and uses high quality clean products. She even sent me home with a little kit with clips and a spray bottle. I always feel welcome, and leave feel like I just spent time hanging out with a friend. I don't have pics of my most recent cut, but this is the one from last August.

Wow! Honestly as soon as I walked in, I felt this wave of positive energy hit me. Heidi is so sweet and so attentive, she answers any and all questions about your hair, products, methods, etc. I was so excited for my custom cut and it was way better than I could've imagined. I stepped out of my busy life for a sec and definitely relaxed while in her salon. She helped me learn more about my curls and gave me very valuable advice. Definitely will be coming back for my touch-ups! Thank you Heidi!!!
