WOW! I am so happy to have found this salon. I have been going to Downtown Charleston for YEARS getting my hair done. I took a chance to find a salon more local, I cannot stress enough that I got AMAZING highlights and color, cut, and it BY FAR surpassed any salon I have been to since moving to SC 7 years ago. Tanya Scott has been doing my hair for five years & the only person I trust with my hair. I have never once had a problem. I have always been completely satisfied with everything I have had done. Bliss is a beautiful & I recommend this Bliss Hair Salon to everyone!
