The friendly and knowledgeable staff, including therapists like Tom and Judy, ensure a pleasant atmosphere, making first-time visitors feel at ease. Despite its unassuming location, the spa delivers high-quality service comparable to high-end establishments. Cleanliness and professionalism are top priorities, making it a favorite spot for couples and individuals alike. Many clients express their intention to return for more treatments.
This place is a decent spot in appearance. The tables are nice and overall, I’ve had good experiences.
Only issues I’ve had after 4-5 visits is one of the employees is openly on her phone during the massage. I understand getting a notification and checking it to see if family is dying or something.
But there was one time that she stopped the massage to text message 4-5 times. I was hoping it was a one time thing but it has happened again.
I may try to find another spot which is unfortunate as this is close to my home.
The service is very warm and welcoming. Sometimes they are so busy that they might miss some customers, but we believe everyone is understanding and we patiently wait for their arrangements. It's a good massage parlor in Charleston; they welcome couples, sisters, and friends to come together. They also have promotional activities for groups of couples, sisters, and friends, with very reasonable prices. We visit twice a month and have recommended it to other friends and neighbors.
Their shop is currently running a promotion on couples' massages, attracting many couples who come specifically to enjoy ultimate relaxation and therapy. They also receive pediatric massage at the same time.good！good ！good！！！
