I can not say enough about Dr.Gwin. My Lucy girl had to have bilateral TPLO surgery right before Thanksgiving and had to stay there over the holiday weekend. I couldn't have felt more comfortable knowing she was in the best hands possible. Amazing bedside manners and really took amazing care of my sweet girl. Thank you so much
I used them years ago with my childhood pets until they helped them cross the rainbow bridge… and now, they’re still helping my animals as an adult too. We switched back to Palmetto after trying a few vets in York, and they’re worth gold in comparison. They care about the animals, the people, and their business and it shows in their work. Beyond glad we have them to help our pets feel better.
Doctor Knox and his team did an amazing job with my dogs surgery. Dr Knox looked out big time and was very understanding and kind most definitely recommend them.
