Hope is always very professional! She did not make me feel ashamed for neglecting my hair. She made me feel very welcome in her salon and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Her salon is very clean and organized. I got the silk press service. She took her time with my hair and needless to say it looks and feels amazing!
