This is my third time to go to Huong at Rain. She is wonderful to work with and listens to my concerns and wishes. My friend was looking for a salon that still does perms and I recommended Huong; my friend is very pleased with her new perm and is looking forward to seeing Huong again.
I don’t usually do reviews but feel I have too. I have been 5 years trying to get what I wanted well, Debra delivered such an awsome job and she did my daughters too. We are so happy. Wish I could send a picture but not sure how . It’s been such along time I have been hunting for someone that would listen and give advice. Dang just turned 75 I am so happy I have found her.Thank you so much Debra you made my daughters and my Birthday the best❤
