Ron is the best! The heel on a pair of my red bottoms was completely damaged, and I thought they might be a goner. Although I'm well aware this brand is more style than quality/function, I didn't want to part with them. He made a difficult task look like it was nothing to him. I guess that comes with many years of experience and I appreciate that! I'll definitely be back with any future shoe repair needs. Keep in mind they only accept cash or check, but this is a minor inconvenience for such efficient and well-priced work.

The two ladies there were very helpful and they repaired the heels of my boots much faster and cheaper than I anticipated. Dropped them off and they called me the very next day to let me know they were ready for pick up. I've already recommended them to my friends and will definitely come back because I do way more than just walking in my boots.
