The dishwasher was poorly refurbished (not refurbished by Punch) and did not work. I reached out to Rich about the issue. After he was ignored by the dishwasher refurbishment company, he researched the issue, bought the part, and fixed my dishwasher for free even though it was not his fault. He also mounted a TV for me for free because he felt bad that we did not have a working dishwasher.Rich cares about doing a good job and doing right by people.
