Don't trust!!! He was very argumentative when we had a question he got upset that we asked. We payed another service professional to inspect the job and give us his honest take and he informed us that rich was not using the correct materials for our project and was taking short cuts

Rich came out and did a few things for me, and agreed to do more but never showed up to start the new jobs. He told me on a few seperate occassions he would return the unused money that was given to him, but never did. I will be reporting to the Better Bussiness Bureau ASAP. I 100% would not reccomend his services.

Hard to get ahold of. Got him on the phone one time to come give me a quote and never heard from the guy again. Not sure of the quality of his work though He did work on a house of a client of mine, and a year later we are looking to get the roof fixed again. We called him to come check up on his work and possibly do some more but he’s never returned our calls.
