Rich came out and did a few things for me, and agreed to do more but never showed up to start the new jobs. He told me on a few seperate occassions he would return the unused money that was given to him, but never did. I will be reporting to the Better Bussiness Bureau ASAP. I 100% would not reccomend his services.

Hard to get ahold of. Got him on the phone one time to come give me a quote and never heard from the guy again. Not sure of the quality of his work though He did work on a house of a client of mine, and a year later we are looking to get the roof fixed again. We called him to come check up on his work and possibly do some more but he’s never returned our calls.

Richard completed a variety of repairs on my home while under contract for sale. One specific repair was not completed, and I was told that he was waiting on the part, which was to be delivered the next day (day of closing) and it would be immediately installed. I paid for the repair up front.That was in May, and it is now August and Richard has been completely unresponsive to calls and text messages. I asked for a refund so that I could find someone else to complete the work, but I still have yet to receive any communication from him.
