The staff is friendly and ready to help with scheduling issues, and patients get in quickly for appointments. The providers are excellent and spend time listening, examining, and explaining so that patients understand. The doctors truly care about their patients and are patient with questions. The front desk staff, including Melissa and Mercedes, are very pleasant. The pharmacy is fantastic, with efficient staff who keep up with prescriptions and will mail or deliver them if needed. Patients are treated like they are the favorite patient, and there are no long wait times. The diabetes team is 100 percent, with staff like Daishanay and Chloe being excellent and helpful. The facility is a needed addition to the small town community, and it is obvious that HopeHealth cares about the citizens. Patients no longer have to go to Emergency Care places, and the whole staff has been extremely helpful. HopeHealth has helped the community more than it knows, and patients could not be happier with the care and services provided.
Really good staff and customer service
Experience is always great especially when Tara Bradshaw is involved. She is always helpful and always always always going above and beyond for patience that she comes in contact with. I absolutely love her.
