THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE IN EACH CASE WAS THE LOWEST BY FAR, PROVIDED EXACTLY AS PROMISED, HONORED BY CAROLINA TREE CARE, LLC, AND PROMPTLY FOLLOWED BY MOST IMPRESSIVE TREE WORK. IN FACT, NUMEROUS VISITORS HAVE BEEN TOTALLY AMAZED BY THE FACT THAT 58 TALL PINE TREES, FIVE VERY LARGE PECAN TREES, AND THREE SMALLER CHERRY TREES WERE REMOVED FROM OUR FRONT YARD LEAVING NO INDICATION THAT TREES WERE EVER THERE! Our experience with Carolina Tree Care was fantastic, starting with a Saturday online request for a cost estimate to delimb or remove 58 pine trees from our home park area. Throughout the process, the office staff and work crew performed in an efficient, exceptional manner. Starting with Jessica, who called the following Monday to discuss the online request. She stated that an estimator would soon call to schedule a visit to assess the park area and provide estimates. It was a wow moment when David came out two days later to assess and provide estimates for the two options. I highly recommend! Very professional and friendly crew who listened and carefully completed the trimming as asked. Very large branches were felled with precision and clean up was very good.
