I needed a second opinion on my newly constructed home. I had a lot of problems that the builder didn’t want to admit. I hired 1st choice to come check it out.
Immediately upon arrival, Damien was polite and knowledgeable. He identified exactly what was happening with my unit. He was using terms I wasn’t familiar with so he had to dumb it down a little for me. He showed concern, shared knowledge, and suggested what their company could do for my situation.

I was in dire straits with clogged drains that caused a back overflow of water that should have been flowing into septic What a disaster Lance came in on his afternoon off He had a reassuring demeanor that all would be taken care . He did exactly that Every drain is flowing freely now. After dirty work her left as politely and smiling kindly as he arrived. Thank you Lance
