As I sit here in a cool home this morning, I am beyond grateful to Rodney and team at Powers and Gregory for the quick and efficient response to our downed a/c! Rodney and son went above and beyond to take care of our issue working in the sweltering heat both in our attic and outside our home. Not only that, they made a late afternoon trip to Columbia to pick up the needed part and complete the job so we had a cool home to sleep in last night!We are so thankful, particularly since we have family arriving this afternoon for a long weekend visit! We worked with Floyed. He was kind, fast and very knowledgeable. He was super great with my kids and even took a few mins to play a game of saying "bye" 5000000 times with my son as he was loading his truck. Thank you Floyed for making sure we had cool air for Easter weekend y'all are great!
