This gym is a great place to work out! George makes everyone feel welcome and keeps the equipment well-maintained and up to date. The facility is clean and bright and has such a friendly atmosphere. Personal Trainer Donnell Davis makes working out approachable and using the equipment less scary. Thanks to all the FZ staff for all you do!

I have been going for a few years now and Absolutely love it!!! The owner is great, the staff is excellent! Love the classes, the facility is clean and well kept! Schedule of classes is great for daytime and night! Best place around!!!
