I take the silver sneakers classes and love all the instructors , they keep the class interesting while having fun, im so glad i made the choice to go there.

Tried to do a day pass out of town and they wouldn’t do it. Gyms like this only want people to be on contracts and not use the gym. I travel a lot and need local gyms to where I am at. Definitely would not waste money there

Just a friendly,clean laid back place. It feels very homey and they have all the perks of any gym. Plus they offer classes which is so nice. Priced fair .Staff is always helpful.

If you have an issue with your account ask to speak to the OWNER not management. MANAGEMENT here is rude and very argumentative. If you go to the military they will freeze your account and then unfreeze without notifying you they just sit there and let the account accumulate late fees. It's against the law to penalize someone while serving. I am not a child and do not like to be treated as such. So when I have an issue please refrain from yelling at me like I am a toddler. This type of activity will get you sued.

Equipments is always clean and working properly. Great place to lose yourself in your workout with being bothered
