Some of these people are tragically just stupid. Most act like they are owed something. The staff of Abby, Ava, Shannon, and Teresa are pleasant, professional, and very very patient with everyone they encounter. Customer service can be taxing, and these ladies handle it all with professional panache. 5 stars all the way.“
