Chet was very nice and took the time to explain the process. After completion, he took the time to explain the issues he found and what needed to be done to correct them. His review included pictures as well. The document(report) was very thorough and easy to digest.

I appreciated how through Chet was. Not only did he catch the big issues like things not being up to code or hidden rot in wood, he also caught some less obvious but important things. He addressed every question that I had along the way and really took his time looking over everything. The written report included pictures, comments, suggestions and a summary at the end. I would recommend him for a home inspection.
