Dale has done an outstanding report on a property I just bought. His inspection work included details that helped me price the property more accordingly and prepare myself to do what was needed to update the place right before moving in. Dale provided me with a detailed report and pictures basically on the same day of the inspection. Dale and I went over the report by phone the next day and it was just a great experience to be able to spend some time and be welcomed to ask questions in the following days if needed.
