We had a great experience, from the girls at the front desk, the vet tech, and the vet were very welcoming! Large spacious exam rooms are a plus which you don’t find at many vet offices. We will definitely be bringing Wilson back 😊

Brought into exam room immediately. Tech and doctor were both very professional and knowledgeable. Never have a bad experience at St. Francis.

Visited St Francis yesterday was not what we expected but the vet was Excellent explaining everything to us so we understood what was going on. I want to expect next.

St Francis was responsive at first and saw our little dog quickly. The problem was that they are a corporation and the cost is too high. To treat hookworms and an ear infection- they charged over $800. Most people cannot afford this. I explained that I could not afford future care. They would not provide information to our Pet Insurance for the claim. They would not fill a prescription for HEARTWORM because I told them I could not afford to buy from them. Their Vet tech grabbed our miniature poodle (rescue) who was very fearful and he bit her. So that was traumatic for everyone. This was an awful experience and hope no one else has to experience this.

I have been going to St Francis for more years than I can remember.They have helped me in good times and unfortunately bad times.I will always go there,no doubt.Like everywhere else I wish the cost was lower possibly giving senior discounts?

Very polite and friendly staff. The new doctor here is awesome , she explained everything to me that my cat Bella is going through. She called me on Friday as she didn’t want me to linger over the weekend, gave me the test results that were in, have to wait till Monday for the rest. Fingers crossed that she still has many more years with us. Thanks to all the staff, M. Carpenter
