They are currently renovating- which is great for them, but you can hear banging and drilling etc throughout the spa. In the meditation room, it was very loud and not a great ambiance for a spa. Also people were talking and on their phones in the meditation room which kind of defeats the purpose? I feel like they could be stricter about this.“

Tai Chi Massage offers it all ala cart. You decide how long you want starting at 10 minutes up to an hour and you can combine feet and neck etc. This was perfect for my sister and I as we did not want full massages or the hassle of a massage.
