“I was in town on vacation and a much needed break from everyone and everything. Tracy gave an amazing Sweedish massage and I felt comfortable and relaxed. She also told me she doesnt talk when she is working, which was much appreciated. I also had my first cranial-sacrial massage as it intrigued me. I dont know exactly how cranial fluids, cells, blocked trauma and tensions are redistributed and released, but I was nearly in tears. Not by any pain as hardly any touch or manipulation is done. The method is odd, holding your head in ways that dosen't seem to do much; but, I can say this, I do believe that some of my life trauma was gently released. I would highly recommend Tracy and her skills. I would also recommend to anyone who is looking for some relief of pent up stress, trauma, pain to be open to a cranio-sacral massage. I think an open mind is needed to allow yourself to fully immerse in the moments. I wish I could take Tracy home and to my area. I would definately use her as my consistent massage therapist.“
