Lifequest Swim & Fitness is a gym that offers a unique experience for its members. Despite some reported issues with hours and equipment, the gym has a lot to offer. The facility has a nostalgic feel, with older equipment and a locker room that is big enough, although the bathroom floors are sometimes wet. The gym is particularly popular with retired folk who work out in the mornings and mid-day, making it nearly empty for after-work hours. Members appreciate the variety of free weights, machines, and a boxing room with three bags. Additionally, the gym offers pools, spas, saunas, and numerous classes. Staff are friendly and helpful, making it a great choice for people of all ages and fitness levels.
I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but my experience has been quite the opposite. It’s an older building with older equipment, but I’m basically just there for the free weights, which they have plenty of! They also have a lot of machines (while looking outdated) that seem to work just as well as shiny new equipment.My favorite thing about this gym, compared to other gyms, is that it’s nearly empty for after work hours (most of their clientele seem to be retired folk that workout in the mornings and mid-day). Life Quest is a fantastic gym offering tons of amenities that are hard to find elsewhere. Two large pools, spas, a sauna, tons of classes to choose from, and a large equipment area, there's something for everyone here. Everyone that I've encountered that works here is friendly and helpful. I've been to several fitness centers in the area but Life Quest is by far the best.
Love this place. They have both a steam room and a dry sauna right beside the indoor swimming pool. The hot tub is Ok. Haven’t actually used the gym yet. But so far loving it. Friendly and helpful staff.
