Jake's has always been quick, fair, and most of all - professional and friendly. They worked on my HVAC at my old house and replaced the one at my new house. They are very informative and punctual and helped us save money. I really liked their communication through this process and was very comfortable asking them questions. I wouldn't use anyone else! September 3, 2024, David Stroud from Jake's gave the HVAC system at our new house a thorough checking. He inspected all the components. Everything is working as it should be. I feel confident that David did a great job.
July 1, 2024, Jake's installed a new through wall unit for our little efficiency condo. They were on time and cleaned up quite well after they finished. We trust and rely on Jake's.

This is an update to a review I did earlier and I am STILL very happy with Jake's Heating and Cooling. The service is professional, friendly and fast. My AC went OUT - UGH! David was here inside of an hour, figured out what was needed, happened to have a temp part which he installed, and will come back out once the new replacement part comes in. Fast, friendly and professional - Can't get better than that!!
