Great experience buying a used washer! The staff was very responsive when I called and let me know that if I came in the same day to choose a washer, they could deliver it the next day. Delivery and haul-off of our broken washer were included in the price, which was a huge plus!
The delivery team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and even ran a test cycle after installation to make sure everything was working properly. They also took the time to explain the specific settings and how to use the washer, which I really appreciated.

This is Billy. I have had dealings with this place over the past few years. This week I needed a part for my dryer, so I asked them to order me a heating element. I picked it up the next morning and went to fix the dryer. When I got into the dryer, it was obvious that the thermal cut-off fuse on the outside of the housing was blown. So I called the woman (I apologize I don’t know her name) and asked her to order/get me the fuse. Well I called and went to see her this morning and took the thermostat housing, and the new unopened thermostat that I purchased from her yesterday.
