I have been going to Mendy now for a few months and I absolutely have loved my hair every single time ! She’s super sweet, listens to your requests, and it’s always the best conversation. She can take a Pinterest photo and bring it to life or in my case I loved one of the girls hair in the salon and she brought that to life ??. Love Mendy and can’t recommend her enough! Additionally, I went to Savannah for skin correction for two moles on my face. She was very knowledgeable, honest, and it was a painless procedure! I couldn’t be happier with the results I have. The review made by Charnise Gourdine is false. There is no recollection of her being a costumer at the salon within the system. Over the last few months we keep getting false reviews like this one and once’s calling the person out they are deleted. If this is connected with Georgia, I'm not sure why you continue to target Savannah. She has no interest in your boyfriend. Will you and your friends stop posting false reviews. Law enforcement has already instructed you to cease and desist. We will be in contact with law enforcement once again.
I had an amazing first experience at this salon! Owner Renée James and I discussed my concerns about hair care due to health issues and she came through for me with flying colors! Her thoughtfulness, patience, and willingness to listen is much appreciated. Also, I would say the same things for esthetician Savannah Douglas. I look forward to going back as a regular client to enjoy more services. Crave’s customer service, professional experience, and industry knowledge are marks of excellence, and I recommend a visit for anyone in or around the North Strand area.
