My wife and I bought a lot in Grande Dunes. After several interviews with local contractors we selected ***** Carrell. It was the best decision we could have made. Their team was very professional and creative with alterations to the plans. Their attention to detail was excellent and were timely with their delivery even in difficult economic times. We were very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend the Carrell Goup.

Bruce is fantastic to work with and super knowledgeable of the finer housing market in Myrtle Beach area. A top notch operation. He has done several houses for me over the past 16 years and I would highly recommend the company!

My husband and I wanted to build our dream retirement home in North Carolina and had a clear vision of the features that we were seeking. Bruce and his team helped us with the design and build with custom quality features, working with us to make practical changes and stay (almost) within our budget. The quality of the construction was outstanding. We had lived in and built several new homes. The quality of this build surpassed the others. It was truly a custom home from start to finish. Bruce Carrell founded Carrell Group in 1987. Since early childhood, Bruce has had a passion for designing custom homes, which was heavily influenced by his grandfather and father who were both builders. Since the company’s founding, Carrell Group has designed and constructed nearly 2,000 custom homes along the coastlines of both North and South Carolina. Bruce and his team have won numerous regional and national awards over the years and is a recognized leader in both ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) and hurricane reinforced construction.
