Nick Caughman is the best in the business. A great man who will go above and beyond for what you are looking for and wanting to sell. Nick helped me sell my home and then help me buy one. He does it all. He loves his job, is trustworthy, has a positive attitude and cares for his clients. He was always there to answer any questions I had any time of day. Even after I bought a new home, he continues to reach out to make sure everything is going well. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
We worked with both Nic and Mary on our recent home purchase. From the start of showings, Nic was always offering us information straight up. Couple of times he even told us not to buy a couple we looked at that were in terrible shape. Always told it like it was, good and bad!
