Having bought and sold several homes, we know a good Realtor when we meet one, and Davin Caulder is fantastic! We are so thankful to have Davin as our Realtor. Mitch was an agent I would recommend. He was available when I called, professional and personable. Researched my request, and provided sound information. Most importantly, he didn't hound me after our interaction.
