Mary was amazing. From the time I walked in she was very eager to help. She resolved an issue for me that three weeks earlier I was turned away for by another associate with little to no explanation. She took the time to actually figure things out and really went the extra mile to help me. I wish you could find that customer service everywhere. Great Job Mary, you secured a loyal customer.

The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have many options for frames and lenses. You can't beat the price for the value. They offer lenses that most doctor offices cannot even get. And if they could....they would charge at LEAST 3 times as much. Premium lens options!! Thank you Walmart!

I found the customer service in the vision center to be quite accommodating. I had my vision script with me and looked at frames for a couple of minutes until they could help me. The lady looked up my insurance to see if any discounts applied and we custom built the package I wanted. The pricing was very affordable so I even added the transitions coating. My glasses were ready in a week. Overall a great experience!
