The girl Nicole that works there was a complete star. She took her time helping me find a lipgloss that was sticky. Usually the ladies on Harbison looks at me like I’m crazy when I ask that, but she said oh yes … & has the cutest little laugh I’ve ever heard. I just loveeeee her.

I have not shopped at Ulta for a while due to customer service, but I had some points and needed some things for an upcoming trip, my experience was so bad this time that it is honestly the last time I ever go to Ulta or buy anything from them. I left the store without purchasing needed and wanted items. Money talks! Good bye Ulta.5/21/23 - update… Beth, the store manager at the Lexington Ulta, reached out to me and took care of the problem, got my account straight, gave me a 20% discount and piled me up with presents! Thank you Beth! I will shop with Beth again and again! ❤️❤️❤️

Laila is great! She’s very thorough and considerate and has the sweetest personality. Not to mention that she made my dry damaged hair feel great again. I will definitely be returning to the salon for future services.
