She has had pretty bad experiences with getting her hair cut in the past but she was in need of hair color correction and a good cut. Racheal was absolutely amazing and made her feel at ease. She talked to her all about her hair and what it was she wanted. She explained to her everything she was doing and why she was doing it that way.
