Natasha was fantastic! My haircut looks great, and for the first time in a long time, I left without needing to go home and make any adjustments myself. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The shampoo experience was especially impressive. Natasha didn’t rush through it like many stylists do she took her time, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. That extra attention to detail really made a difference and showed how much she cares about providing a great experience for her clients. From start to finish, I felt valued and well taken care of. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and have saved Natasha as my favorite. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who is skilled, attentive, and truly focused on customer satisfaction.

In the last 10 years, at least 99% of my haircuts have been at this Sport Clips location. Went in today at 12:08 (opened at 12:00). I was already 5th on the list with 3 people already with stylists. My wait was posted as 63 minutes. At 12:55, my wait said 31 minutes. In that time, not a single person was called to the back. I left without a haircut and I don't plan to go back.
Additional Edit: Stormy was my stylist and I was extremely disappointed when I found out she had left. But I found out where she went and got my haircut today. She's earned my loyalty time and time again. Sport Clips, y'all messed up by letting her go.

Wait time is awful, approximate 34 minute wait shouldn’t turn into 1 hour and 15 minutes. Logged in online at 2:15pm ish to be in line was sat at 3:32pm

Stormy is by far and away one of the best stylist I've ever had. She is always, without fail, kind, courteous, not-rushed, and does an amazing job. I will gladly follow her wherever she goes if she is doing hair. Sport Clips: reward this top talent and take care of her!
The only thing that I don't think the Sport Clips model does well at (which this may just be due to demand) is that sometimes there are so many folks on deck that the stylists may be tempted to rush or not take their time with the client at hand before moving on to the next. There could be optimizations made to the way in which time is allocated for cuts for stylists so that they do not feel rushed and ensure a top cut for each individual every time. Stormy has never had this issue, but when she has been out I have experienced this from other stylists at this and other locations. Also, If you offered the ability to book a stylist for a standing appointment like bi, tri, or quad weekly on a particular day and time (provided they offer that availability) would be an excellent feature to add as I know myself and many others would take advantage of this option to ensure we always have the right stylist every time.
