Kind and trustworthy staff. Susan, Jean, and Alli have helped give me peace of mind knowing that my mom is getting her meds and care she needs. They communicate issues as they arise so I can get they help needed in between my personal visits.
Senior Helpers is taking care of my family member with Dementia. The caregivers are reliable, patient, caring, and professional. The owners take great measures to ensure a good match for the client and caregiver. And they aren't just managing people at their desk, they have "boots on the ground." During the process of creating a team for my family members' 24 hour daily care, owners Susan and Jean spent a lot of time in the household getting to know the client firsthand. Anytime I have questions or requests, they respond right away!
