I have been going to Prisma Health Family Medicine for about 5 years now and I can honestly say I've never been to a Family Practice that is as friendly and helpful as the staff is there. I'm always in and out within an hour regardless of whether I just see my provider or I see her and have blood work done. I am always met with the same friendly attitude from every person there whether in person or on the phone. I definitely recommend Prisma Health Family Medicine to anyone looking for a family provide.

Im so pleased with this Doctors office and my doctor. I finally feel like im heard and she always has the best interest in hand. They are very responsive and if not they will get back to you as soon as possible. Ill always recommend their office.

I haven’t been seen by the doctor yet, but Miss Lynn over the phone was so patient and kind! She went above and beyond finding the next available appointment at a close location for me. 5 stars for her!!!

They made it very easy to schedule a new patient appointment with them. I was seen by Dr Wisinski and he was very kind and seemed extremely genuine. I also had a wonderful experience with all the other staff members I came into contact with. I would recommend this office to many looking for a family care doctor.

It is very difficult to get a person on the phone from the front desk, to get a prescription refilled within the 2 business day limit, to have doctor staff contact you back, to have the doctor know the appointment that the nurses schedule you for, etc.

I didn't like how I was greeted on the phone calling for an appointment, the girl was giving me misinformation like she was a doctor. Obviously if my obgyn was a primary doctor i wouldn't have to call you all to make another appointment for a prescription change. Please treat customers with dignity and respect as I work in customer service myself.

Dr. Wisinski is the best doctor we have ever had. He is kind, caring, listens carefully and respects our concerns and requests. He is the best example of a good doctor working WITH his patients.

No surprise this place has such a low rating. Good luck getting medication refilled on time. "We've been trying to contact you" but I never received a phone call or voicemail. "We mailed you a letter" that I didn't receive...not a single message on MyChart, the website they push you to use. The building is clean so here's 1 star.
