“I have just started at gym and found they have broken it down to make it easy for a beginner. Staff is always available and if not then another member steps in to assist. Seems to be a great place for teamwork to get you to your goal.”
“Great workout. Something different every day. Trainers are awesome and work with you. They make you feel welcome and great support/encouragement from staff and class members. I actually enjoy going to the gym for once.”
