They are the best!! We bought a brand new home and they have serviced and maintained our units for 10 years straight with zero problems! I really needed them to come out fast and they responded. Leah went above and beyond to assist us with finding a time that would work for everyone. Our friendly tech James Fort, replaced the parts in about an hour. Once in and out, we had cold air upstairs once again! Thank you so much to midlands air! It is great to have a team full of profession and sweet people to help you when you are panicking. My water heater went out and they were there the next day! Throughly explained everything and I had 145psi of pressure!! The neighbor just had her water heater and pipes replaced due to pressure so we called the water company who didn't even know regulations. Wanted tankless but didn't feel like putting Dominon's grandkids thru college with the amount that was quoted so Elrod got it all handled with a rather adorable hut. I have hot water and he along with his supervisor Angel helped keep my feelings from turning into felonies dealing with the county and crap. Elrod made me feel like family vs a customer and was very informative every step of the way!
