I am a huge fan of this location, they are always so kind at the desk and always here to help. My neck was in knots when I first came in and not only did they address the issue but gave me several tips to fix it permanently. They are very holistic and always giving reasonable recommendations that help me, no one loves going to the gym but after speaking with them I spend more time there too! My body is thanking me for going to Massage Envy!
I highly recommend Lucy for massage! The 90-minute massage allows time to work on specific areas of concern. Her background in nursing adds to her ability to deliver a therapeutic massage. She's the best!
I came to Kia Limehouse at Massage Envy in Lexington South Carolina with chronic pain and after just a few sessions, I can say I am pain free. Her technique is not only effective but incredibly intuitive. She knows exactly where to focus ands how to work through the tension. Kia creates a calm professional and welcoming environment that immediately puts you at ease. If you are dealing with pain or just need a reset I can't recommend her enough. She's hands down the best massage therapist I have worked with! I have monthly appointments with her so I stay pain free.
