I almost did not want to post such an amazing review because I am fearful she will not have any open spots in the future! Shallon is an absolute master of her craft. She did such an incredible trigger point massage on me. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and truly focuses in on that. I am so grateful to have found such a skillful person in Lexington.

Shallon is another level in massage. My experiences with other places have been good, but but basically just a nice rub. Shallon understands the musculoskeletal system and customized the massage to my needs. She also gave me tips on how to prevent strains I was causing in my everyday movements. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
