I moved doctors a while ago due to the extreme wait times. My husband still goes to Dr. Walters, who is a great doctor, but is now moving due to the extreme wait times. Today he had an appointment at 8AM and Dr. Walters wasn’t even there at 8am. My husband waiting over 30 minutes just for an RX refill.
I love Sara Hogg but unfortunately her care team will lie to you about having done the proper documentation for a Prior Authorization. Don’t believe anything, call your insurance and ask them yourself if they’ve received supporting documentation. If my insurance would cover another office, I’d go there instead.
Months without my medication because they don’t care enough to do a little bit of paperwork and instead will just send in a prescription for something you’ve told them doesn’t work.
Dr. Petrilli is absolutely wonderful! She has the best bedside manner and she really listens to the needs and concerns of the patient and works with them to find a solution. She is very knowledgeable, but comes across as humble and never talks down to you. She's very genuine and personable, and I feel like I can truly trust her with my health, knowing she's going to take good care of me. She's never bothered by my questions or long detailed explanations. I always feel cared for and encouraged when I leave here!
