Love this location! Was visiting from CT and it was perfect! Regan was so welcoming, informative and friendly! The members I met inside the workouts were so kind and friendly also! It was peaceful, clean and had lots of positive energy! I enjoyed a wonderful experience with the HWX culture! Looking forward to visiting again as a HOTWORX home away from home!

I have been going to HOTWORX Lexington since they opened and I am a huge fan. The biggest benefit for me personally is improved sleep and reduced stress after working out in the sauna. Staff are extremely kind and warm and it’s a great place to get to know some of your Lexington neighbors.

I really enjoy this gym and the positive vibe here. It’s great to work out with such friendly people, and I always look forward to meeting new folks. The staff are wonderful too; they know a lot and are always helpful. It makes coming here a great experience every time.
