Great Clips provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids, along with services like beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. The salon is open evenings and weekends, accepting walk-ins with no appointment needed, and customers can use online check-in to avoid the wait. The staff is friendly and professional, with some stylists known for their exceptional service. Customers often praise Suzy Alley for her ability to handle difficult hair and for her friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable service. Adriana and Tiffany are also appreciated for listening carefully to customers' desired looks and taking the time to achieve them. The salon is a convenient and reliable choice for quick, inexpensive haircuts, especially for those seeking a short but very nice man's haircut. However, customers with longer or moderate-length hair should note that some stylists may cut hair too short despite instructions to keep it longer. Overall, the salon continues to be a popular spot for quality haircuts and friendly service.
I haven't been anywhere to get my hair cut in years. My wife and I used the check-in feature in the app and had a very short wait. I want to thank Avery for cutting my hair and making me feel comfortable. I have to say that it's my favorite haircut I've ever had. The whole staff was very pleasant. My wife also got a cut and was very pleased with the service she got from Missy.
My family and I love this Great Clips location! Tried going to another Great Clips location today and ended up with a botched cut. In shock and dismay I cam running back to this salon. Adriana was a loving and caring ear and my hair came out looking beautiful! If you live in the Lexington area this is where you want to go. For sure don't try another Great Clips. They are not all the same. Thanks Adriana for being a life saver!
