I have gone to this office for over 10 years and the staff that is there is awesome. Pamela, Dana, Dawn, Kathy and Savannah never fail to give good customer service. My most recent experience I had purchased a set of glasses that I only had for 4 months that appear to be defective. They did not hesitate to offer me a replacement.Dr Randall has helped me with various metal conditions with my eye and when there was a problem he made sure I got immediate referral to have it checked out had an eye center that could perform this service. The staff is so amazing here! Dr. Randall really takes his time answering any questions and never makes you feel rushed. They really seem to care about the health of your eyes! I am so glad to have found an eye doctor close by that is so wonderful!!!

Dr. Randall and his staff do an excellent job servicing their patients. My husband was faced with a very serious health scare. Dr. Randall and his staff were very prompt in getting him an appointment at a specialist. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Eye Associates of Lexington if you are looking for a new eye doctor.
