The ease of making an appointment was flawless, even when I immediately called back to change the time. From the moment I walked in the door, Destiny, who was filling 2 roles for the afternoon, was a complete PLEASURE. Once my eyes were dilated, and I was seen by Dr. Pratt, he was very thorough with my evaluation and provided a great explanation of what was best for my use of glasses. I will be back.

My granddaughter was referred to Dr. Pratt when she was 3. She was seeing Dr. Cheeseman who was a children's eye specialist at what was then Richland Memorial. He was transferring to Charleston MUSC. Dr. Cheeseman recommended Dr. Pratt and assured us that he was an excellent Optometrist for children. Dr. Cheeseman also assured us Dr. Pratt would not hesitate to have us take our granddaughter back to him if he felt the need to do so. Our granddaughter was 3 then. She turned 22 in February.
