My Fiance and I drop in here every time we are in the area visiting family. It is by far one of the best gyms we have come across when we have been on the road. The folks here are so welcoming and we always enjoy the programming provided by David. If you are in the area looking for a new home gym or on the road hoping to get a great work out in, I would highly recommend this gym!

When in Lexington I love dropping into Lodestar. Coaches are awesome and the athletes make me feel welcome. It’s home away from home.

I’ve never done CrossFit before but this place is amazing. Everyone there is super supportive and you actually get help from the coaches one on one. Can’t recommend enough how great this place is for beginners!
