Excellent service from honest dependable company. We've called them for several issues and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. We purchased their yearly maintenance agreement so they service our units twice a year. Highly recommend them!

Woke up to a freezing house of 61 degrees. Called our Cool Flow guy Marvin and he was here within 30 minutes. Our 12 year-old heat pump had a severe leak and we were due for a new unit. He called back with a quote, had the new unit at our home by 11am and completely installed by 1:30. Toasty warm house! We have been with Cool Flow Heating and Air in Lexington since the early 80's and have enjoyed nothing but excellent service from this fine, family owned business. Thank you, Cool Flow!! Honest, superior service and will come quickly to correct your issues. Highly recommend this business!
